Mark Hamill, managing director of Awards International, said, “There were over 85 finalist presentations in 26 categories, from over 16 different countries, the judges had a fantastic insight into how companies do business across the many different sectors and across the world. Feedback from the judges so far has been very positive with many judges informing us about how much they have learnt in two days.
‘Some categories were really competitive and it was a challenge choosing the finalists in categories such as the Customer Experience and Voice of the Customer, while finalists in Technology and Smart Technology categories were competitive. As this was the second year of the IBX Awards, the companies were much better prepared than in year one. The level of competition also saw an increase this year.’
