The ToughLift jacking system is one of the latest valuable additions to the Hi-Force product range

With lifting capacities ranging from 50-200 tonnes, and a choice of hydraulic lift height options on the 100 and 200 tonne versions, the Hi-Force ToughLift jacking system is suitable for lifting the largest earth haulers in the world.

Main features

All models are powered by an integrated electric driven or air driven hydraulic pump unit and feature a remote, push button hand pendant control unit with a five metre control cable for easy operation, safely and remotely from the jacking point.

The ToughLift jacking system features a multi-positional transport and lifting handle and a unique swivel jacking base to guarantee safe and correct positioning of the lifting cylinder under the vehicle, prior to lifting it up.

Fitted with large diameter wheels and solid rubber tyres for easy manoeuvring, all models are narrow in width, enabling them to fit into confined spaces whether in use or in storage, and have the smallest footprint size compared to all other competitor brand models.

Optional extras

There are optional extras to compliment the range including mechanical load holding blocks, swivel load caps and mechanical locking and slip lock extensions. In addition, a range of hydraulic tyre bead breakers and accessory toolbox trolleys complement the ToughLift range.
