(Image source: sxu.hu)A large number of exhibitors from around the world are expected to take part in this year’s edition of The Big 5, the building and construction event that will take place from 5-8 November at Dubai World Trade Centre

With an estimated US$4.2 trillion worth construction projects currently underway in the MENA region, according to research conducted by Zawya, the event will provide a platform for brands from across the industry to highlight the opportunities in this booming sector.

Brands including the likes of Leminar, Primeco, Energy International Duro Dyne, Gree, Eros and TCL, and pavilions from 30 countries including Italy, Germany, USA, Turkey, UK, Spain and France, will participate in the event.

“Specific product sectors have grown to become extremely important for the event,” said event director, Andy White in a statement. “A number of these sectors are expected to present particularly significant opportunities over the next three years, and with this in mind, we have ensured products are focused upon throughout the event.”

Middle East Concrete, PMV Live and FM Expo will also take place alongside The Big 5 2012 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Developed to cater to industry demand they will provide dedicated zones for buyers, which will focus on those products and services most relevant to each industry.
