Aluminium Bahrain and APM Terminals sign service level agreement

Aluminium Bahrain (Alba) and APM Terminals Bahrain have signed a service level agreement to boost Alba?s presence in global markets and establish competent levels of logistics and service

APM Terminals, which operates Bahrain?s Khalifa Bin Salman Port, will support Alba by providing a strong outbound supply chain, stated officials from both companies.

Tim Murray, CEO of Alba, said, ?As Alba grows and diversifies its export markets, APM Terminals will play an important role in facilitating the outbound supply chain. Alba looks forward to working with them to help grow its business and further streamline all steps of Alba?s global supply chain.?

The agreement was signed by Jean-Baptiste Lucas, adviser to Alba CEO and Marco Neelsen, CEO of APM Terminals.

Neelsen added, ?We are proud to have a continuous commitment towards not only Alba but Bahrain too. The service level agreement signed between us is a key milestone, which will enhance and increase service reliability to Alba?s logistics supply chain, which we are confident will further enhance the company?s competitiveness in the global market.
