A.P. Moller-Maersk has said that it has restored its major applications, as it brings its IT systems back online after being hit by a major cyber attack last week

In a statement on Maersks Middle East website, it stated: "We are happy to inform you that our online shipping portals, my.maerskline.com and my.safmarine.com are now open again enabling you to again book and check schedules on our site. We are still securing the last details which will enable us to do Tracking, Shipping Instructions, and Quote as well. This replaces the interim booking process ? and you do not need to resubmit any bookings already made. Please also rest assured that all your data is safe and secure, even if you cannot find it right now."

"You can also continue to book via EDI and INTTRA."

"We understand that you have lots of outstanding questions around your cargo. We are determined to answer them all, and we are grateful for your continued patience as all our systems come online."

"Once again we would like to thank you for your continued patience, trust and understanding, and assure you that we are doing everything we can to be able to serve your business effectively. The reinstatement of My.MaerskLine.com is an important step toward this direction."
