Wari, a digital financial services platform, has integrated with WhatsApp Business solution to offer customers wider access
The company stated that Wari customers will be able to easily request access to frequently used services and request to initiate financial operations that include opening an account, top-up balances and sending and receiving money.
This Wari service on WhatsApp is currently available in French, English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese with Russian and Arabic to be added in the near future.
This move will allow Wari to cater to a broader customer base with the aim of enhancing user experience across different continents and languages.
