Qatar Steel and Brazilian firm sign iron ore pellets deal

Qatar Steel has signed a contract with Brazilian mining company Vale for the supply iron ore pellets required for steel production

Al Muraikhi, MD of Qatar Steel, said, ?Signing the iron ore pellets supply contract with Vale will consolidate our business relations and existing cooperation, which go back to the beginning of 2013.?

The contract is for a period of three years and renewable for further period of three years, the company added.
