Builderia Development signs three contracts to construct new project in Egypt

For the construction of its new administrative capital-based project, PARAGON, Builderia Development has signed contracts with Schneider Electric to provide smart building management solutions and ASASS Construction

Situated in the business district at the heart of the New Administrative Capital, PARAGON is constructed on a total area of 4,300 sq m and a built-up area of 23,000 sq m. The project consists of a two-story parking, a ground floor and seven additional floors. 

?Today, three leading pioneers join us, each company has a long-standing experience in its field and we hope they will assist us in achieving our vision for PARAGON to the fullest extent,? said Ziad El-Hares, managing director of Builderia. 

PARAGON will utilise new technology to bring the latest smart office solutions to Egypt, aspiring to enable all businesses to operate effectively with higher productivity while providing all means for comfort, luxury and entertainment. The project is planned to be completed by the end of 2022.

?As specialists in providing energy and automation digital solutions for efficiency and sustainability, we found that this aligned with Builderia?s vision and plan to introduce PARAGON as the first smart building of its type in the Egyptian market. The purpose of this cooperation is to design and build smart building concepts utilising Schneider Electric?s knowledge and expertise,? commented Fouad Zayed, vice-president of Digital Energy, Schneider Electric NEA & Levant. Zayed noted how this will be achieved, he added, ?by using Schneider?s EcoStruxure architecture and platform in the fields of smart technology, managing critical infrastructures such as overall facilities to command operations and a control centre.?

Islam Onsy, general manager of ASASS Construction, stated, ?We have confidence in our ability to execute these plans and introduce a building in line with this vision, adding a much needed value to the business community with the New Administrative Capital. We plan to utilise the entirety of our expertise and resources to introduce an exemplary model in the administrative buildings market in Egypt.? 

El Khayam Dorra, vice-chairman of Space Consultants, said, ?We at Space Consultants are thrilled to join PARAGON team, and we are eager to start this journey with Builderia and look forward to building a lasting relationship during this project and beyond.?
