Hypermotion Dubai, German-originated exhibition addressing the transformation and future of the transport, logistics and mobility sectors through disruption, decarbonisation and digitalisation, is heading to Dubai as a key event within the Expo 2020 grounds

The event will host more than 100 brands at Dubai Exhibition Centre (DEC) from November 2-4, 2021.

Simon Mellor, CEO of Messe Frankfurt Middle East  said, ?Dubai is one of the world?s most future-minded and dynamic cities with truly world-class facilities. It is the ideal environment to host an event like Hypermotion, as underlined by the global access provided by hosting the World Expo, where 191 countries will showcase their talents, culture, government and economic strengths.?

Next generation mobility and smart logistics

Hypermotion Dubai will take place with global supply chain and logistics solutions provider DP World as the sole global partner.

Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem, group chairman and CEO at DP World, said, ?We are proud to be the global partner of Hypermotion and to support Hypermotion Dubai. DP World is a disruptive force in the supply chain and logistics sector. Innovation is in our DNA; we lead the sector by embracing technology and digitalisation, both key themes at Hypermotion Dubai.

?Hypermotion, like DP World, seeks to contribute to the evolution of mobility and logistics. Together, we exchange knowledge, experience and expertise to create business opportunities and generate value for all.?

Abu Dhabi Ports has also joined as strategic partner. Speaking ahead of the event, Mohamed Juma Al Shamisi, global CEO, Abu Dhabi Ports, explained, ?As the region?s leading facilitator of trade and logistics, Abu Dhabi Ports is proud to sponsor Hypermotion Dubai, a forum that showcases the full potential of our rapidly evolving industry. Launched against the backdrop of Expo 2020, this event will highlight the transformative impact that disruptive digital technologies and the call for decarbonation are having on global supply chains.?

Solving global transport, mobility and logistics challenges

Tapping into the world?s leading data scientists, experts will be invited to Asyad?s Global Logistics Hackathon organised by Hypermotion Dubai in partnership with Asyad ? Oman?s global integrated logistics solutions group.

Asyad with the collaboration of Messe Frankfurt Middle East have also organised and developed an extensive logistics startup programme to help promote and facilitate burgeoning new companies, entrepreneurs and ideas. The programme will encompass six key growth pillars for mobility and transport logistics, namely artificial intelligence, cyber security, robotics, logistics, smart mobility and drones.

The programme will host a number of initiatives, including a pitch competition to an audience of regional and international investors, networking events with industry leaders, and a dedicated mentorship clinic to address challenges and opportunities for startups.

Global logistics and transport content streams

Hypermotion Dubai is expected to attract high-level C-suite participation from international, regional and local government entities and private organisations across the logistics, mobility, infrastructure and transport ecosystems.

Through the event?s three content streams ? Hypermotion Labs, Smart Mobility Conference and Scalex (co-hosted with Materials Handling Middle East) ? disruptive thinkers from around the world will gather to share pioneering ideas and concepts set to shape the future of mobility and transport.
